2022 Football Divisions
- Flag (Ages - 5 - 7)
- 8U - (7-8 year olds)
- 9U - (8-9 year olds)
- 10U - (9-10 year olds)
- 11U - (10-11 year olds)
- 12U - (11-12 year olds)
- 13U - (12-13 year olds)
- 14U - (13-14 year olds)
A child’s age on July 31 is his/her age for the season

After Registering online, download, print and fill out the below needed documents/items and attend our FINAL in-person registration event July 17 from 3 - 5 p.m. at Granite Hills High School. Any athlete with outstanding paperwork after July 17 will not be allowed to practice on Aug. 1.
- 2022 Players Contract - Download and fill out completely
- 2022 Physical Form - Download, fill it out, complete the physical prior to registration -must be filled out by doctor
- Birth Certificate - Please provide a clear copy of your child's Birth Certificate.
- Wallet sized photo of the child (Head Shot NOT full body) add photo that is recommended is a passport headshot photo (no sunglasses or hats)
- Final report card for 21/22 school year (after June)

Registration Fees
Football - $450 Early Bird $475 after 5/1/22
(Includes helmet, uniforms, spirit wear, shoulder pads)
Flag Football- $250 Early Bird $275 after 5/1/22
(Includes uniform and spirit wear)
Cheer Registration -8U and up- $525 Early Bird $575 after 5/1/22
(Includes Uniform, Camp Fees, Camp Uniform)
Flag Cheer- $400 Early Bird $450 after 5/1/22
$95 down for football, $75 down for cheer upfront at time of registration.
